Honestly, my husband taught me this recipe—it's his special version. 😉😉

Prepare the marinade by mixing all the ingredients together except for the chicken slices and the fat.

Slice the chicken into thin, small strips.

Marinate the chicken strips in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.

Melt the fat in a skillet, add the chicken strips, and cook over medium heat, stirring until the chicken is cooked through.

Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and broil in the oven at 350°F (180°C) until lightly browned on top.

Prepare the bread, along with pickled cucumbers and garlic mayonnaise.

Roll the sandwiches, then place them back in the same skillet with the remaining fat. Press them down with a pot lid.

Once they are golden brown, cut them and serve with French fries. Enjoy!
