Ingredients

Pasta
400 gmushrooms
300 gspinach
250 mlfresh cream
2 tablespoonsflour
to fry Olive oil
to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

Cook pasta as per instructions on the packet

Slice mushrooms while heating oil in frying pan.

Fry mushrooms for about 6 minutes with salt and pepper. Then add spinach and let it wilt.

Add fresh cream and flour and let it simmer for 3 min.

Add cooked pasta and mix well.
