Napoli Chicken

I serve this as a quick and easy entree for lunch or dinner. Kids usually eat around the zucchini, but every once in a while I get lucky and the kids eat it. Tasty and easy for adults.

Cooking Instructions

In a non stick skillet, combine shredded chicken, 2 cans of zucchini, onion powder and Italian seasoning, cook on medium low for about 5 minutes until seasonings are incorporated

Add the chopped tomatoes to the skillet and saute another 5 minutes
- 3
Prepare a plate with diagonnally sliced garlic bread
- 4
Ladle chicken mixture on to sliced garlic bread
- 5
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, serve and enjoy
