In 1 bowl mash potato. add red chilli powder, coriander chat masala and salt in it. and mix it.

Now take puri and puncture it from top. add above potato mixture. add sev and pinch of more chaat masala. sprinkle some sev and coriander on top.

And its ready to eat.

Just by adding sweet dahi and chutney it will become dahi puri....
