Wash poha in cold water and drain off the water.

In kadhai heat around 1 tbsp of oil. Fry peanuts in it.

Add mohri and wait to open it up.

Add curry leaves, greenchilli and onion and saute it till translucent. Add potato later and cook it till it get cooked.

Add coriander, turmeric, sugar, salt and poha and mix it up. Squeez lemon on top.

Put lid on and cook it for 2-3 mins

Garnish it with coriander and shev on side
