Heat a pan on medium heat,pour half the oil in,with some salt and a royco cube.Once the oil heats up,add the kales and fry.Remove from heat when kales are ready.

Heat a separate pan on medium flame,pour the remaining oil.Once oil is heated up,fry the onions to golden brown.

Dice the tomato and add it in,let it simmer.Add in the cabbage and fry till tender.Add the salt and royco cube.

Lastly beat the egg in a small tin and add it to the cabbage.Stir gently till egg cooks.

Remove from heat.Serve your veggies with ugali.
