Ingredients

6 ozpackage strawberry jello
1 1/2 cupBoiling water
20 ozFrozen strawberries, undrained
13 1/2 ozCan crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 tspSalt
8 ozCream cheese, softened
1/2 cupSour cream

Steps

Dissolve jello in boiling water.

Add strawberries, pineapple, juice from both and salt.

Pour jello mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate until set.

Beat cream cheese into sour cream.

Spread cheese mixture on top of molded jello after it is set.

Refrigerate to completely set up.
