1 cupmilk
2 tbspvegetable oil
2 tbspvanilla extract
1 cupchopped fresh strawberries

mix brown sugar, flour, baking powder and salt

pour in the milk, oil, egg and vanilla.

mix together until well blended.

stir in strawberries.

heat skillet to medium heat coat with butter. Pour batter into pancakes.

excelent, easy to make. I used my all purpose baking mix & added the vannila ,Browning sugar & strawberries
