1fresh tomatoes(sliced)
2fresh pepper(chopped)
handfulspring onion sliced
2 tablespoonvegetable oil
1/2 cubemaggi

Break egg in bowl and whisk add tomatoes,pepper,spring onion,maggi.Stir very well.

Place pan on heat and vegetable oil then pour egg after 2min.

Then flip the other side to cook.Serve in plate.
