Oven to 350°F.

Brown beef that is coated in flour. Brown in the bacon fat.

Combine beef, bacon, onion that is cooked, and the beer. Sautee in low heat oven for 2 1/2 hours.

Stir occasionally. Add more beer if needed

Prepare pie crusts. Bake bottom before filling. Once topped with 2nd crust bake 15 mins.
