1/4 cupmayonnaise
2 tbspmayonnaise
1 1/2 tbspwhite wine vinegar
3/4 cupcrumbled mild blue cheese
2 1/2 cupcooked chicken, shredded
1/4 cupdried cherries, roughly chopped
2celery ribs, finely diced
1salt and pepper to taste

in a large bowl whisk the mayonnaise with the vinegar.

Fold in the blue cheese, breaking it up with a fork

add the chicken, dried cherries, and celery. Fold gently.

season with salt and pepper
