Dissolve Buillon cubes in 2 cups of water and pour into pot

Season with rosemary, salt, pepper, and parsley

Bring to boil then reduce to simmer for 1 hour

Stir in carrots, potatoes, celery, an onion

Dissolve corn starch in 3 tablespoons on water and add

Add enough water to cover mixture

Cover and simmer on low to medium heat until done (1 hour)
