Pour 1/2 mixture in 9x11 cake pan.

Bake 350°F for 6 minutes and cool.

Melt 1 package 14oz. of Kraft caramels, 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Cool.

After cooling, pour caramel on top of baked cake.

Sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips on caramel.

Spread remaining half of cake on top.

Bake 350°F for 15-18 min.
