2 lbChicken breast or strips
1 boxDry Chicken stuffing
1 cupFlour
4Beaten eggs

Preheat oven to 350

Empty box of stuffing in a large zip lock, smash to break up some of the larger pieces of stuffing

Pat chicken dry, dredge in flour, dip in egg wash and then into the stuffing, place into a greased baking dish

Spray top of chicken lightly with cooking spray, bake 1hr uncovered.....enjoy
