Wash the chicken liver fresh and keep aside.

Slice the onion into a cooking pan and pour the salad. Cook until brown.

Add the chicken liver and stir to mix for 30 seconds. Cook for 6 minutes.

Reduce heat and slice the tomatoes into the cooking pan. Increase the heat and keep cooking while mixing for 1 minutes.

Cook for 5 more minutes.

Best served with boiled rice or together with vegetable and ugali.
