Ingredients

  1. 1 kgarbi
  2. for marination
  3. 1 cupdahi
  4. 2 tspdahi
  5. 1 tspadruk chilli paste
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tspgrm masala
  8. 1 tspchaat msala
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/4 tsphaldi
  11. 1/2jeera powder
  12. 1 tspajwain
  13. 3 tspmustard oil
  14. for filling
  15. 1small tsp salt
  16. 1/2red chilli powder
  17. 1 tspaamchur
  18. 1/2chat msala
  19. 1 tspcoriander powder
  20. 1/2grm msala
  21. 1/2 tspajwain powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the arbi in pressure for 1 whistle and cool down

  2. 2

    In a katori add all ingredients of filling and mix well and keep aside

  3. 3

    When arbi is cool down the cut arbi in lengthwise as shown in picture then spread filling masala at one piece and cover with another one and press it with soft hand

  4. 4

    Now in big bowl add all ingredients of marination and make thick batter... in this u can also use lahsoon paste... bt i don't use

  5. 5

    Add arbi mix in this marination batter and keep in fridge for 1 hour so arbi absorb all masala flavors

    After 1 hour deep fry all pieces of arbi and enjoy the hot... mouthwatering dish.... happy cooking
