Cut meat into medium square pieces

Heat oil and add meat, fry until brown or well cooked.

Add onions and stir until caramelised; add tomato puree and stir intil mixed thoroughly

Add the chopped tomatoes and stock. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring to avoid burn

Now add your crushed garlic, ginger , vegetables and salt. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes .

Rinse rice and add to source on the hob. Stirring as u add. Add enough rice until an almost dry consistency, then add enough water just to cover the rice, but not swamp it!

Cook on low heat, stirring every now and again to avoid burning and to distribute heat.

Food is cooked when all the source is absorbed and near dry. Rice should feel very soft . Serve with your favorite salads.
