Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 lbThin steak meat (cut into tiny pieces)
  • 1 mediumGreen bell pepper ( cut into thin lenthwise pieces)
  • 1 mediumRed bell pepper (cut into thin lenthwise pieces)
  • 1Soy sauce
  • 2 tbspVegetable oil
  • 1 dashBlack pepper
  • 1 dashGarlic powder
  • 1 dashOnion powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate beef in your desired amout of soy sauce & the 2 tbls of beef boullion for 15 min to a couple hours.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a pan and fry up the meat till there's no pink left , add your cut up bell pepper's & cook some more.

  3. 3

    Season with black pepper, garlic & onion powder, then simmer till beef & peppers are done to your liking.

  4. 4

    Feel free to add onions, mushrooms, & other seasonings if you would like, there are lots of ways to play around with this recipe, this is just my quick and easy version :) Also you can sprinkle lime juice & cilantro on top and serve with corn tortilla's...enjoy :)
