Yellow Lentil Soup (Crushed)

Cut the carrots, potatoes, and 2 onions into cubes and place them in a pot with water.

Wash the lentils and rice well.

Add the lentils and rice to the carrot and potato mixture.

Cook over heat until done.

Finely chop 2 onions and fry them in olive oil until golden brown.

Add the fried onions to the lentils and blend the mixture until the soup is smooth.

Add the bouillon cubes, then add salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve the soup hot with toasted bread. Enjoy!
