melt butter in a pan, add tomatoes, salt, sugar, saute over med/high heat, stirring often. cook for 10 mins. add flour, cook another min. add milk slowly and lower heat to low. stir or whisk until sauce thickens and u have NO lumps. split warm biscuits and serve the sauce over them. makes a perfect side dish.
