2 cancento tomatos 28 oz
4 clovegarlic
1 bunchfresh basil
1salt/pepper to tsste
1 pinchred pepper flakes
6 tbspolive oil

heat oil..add sliced garlic..cook till light brown

add pepper flakes..

crush tomatoes by hand..add to pot cook 1 hours on low heat

after a hour..mash an big pieces of tomato with a spoon..or puree until smooth..your desicion

add basil remove from fire

finish with one ring around the pot with olive oil..stir and serve.

this can be used for anything..pasta..lasagne..chicken parmasan..whatever your heart desire..enjoy
