1 canbeer (give or take)
1 pinchpepper
1 pinchsalt
2 lbcod filets (or fish of choice)
1oil for frying

add first four ingredients to make batter

heat oil to 375°

coat fish with batter
4

place in oil and fry for 5-7 minutes depending on filet size

remove to papertowel to absorb excess grease

garnish with lemon slices
