1 cupCorn Starch
1 1/2 cupBeer of your choice
3 largeOnions

Preheat Fry cooker or Medium saucepan with Vegetable Oil

Mix together all powder ingredients

Cut 3 Onions to desired thickness of rings
4

Mix beer into powder ingredients- will foam but continue to stir

Dip one ring at a time into batter and fry to golden brown

Salt or pepper to taste

tip: microwave the oil before you put it in the pan. I haven't even made these yet and I already know they're gonna be good. I love onion rings.
