I was looking for an excuse to barbecue. I had two thick pork chops that were frozen... didn’t feel like defrosting them. I went food shopping and cringed at paying 20 bucks for this steak... but found my excuse to barbecue.

This is one tough cut of Steak. But just because it is cheap does not mean it can't be good. So there is many ways to make it tender and tasty.

When you don't have access to a grill or the weather is terrible and you can't grill this is a great juicy alternative.

You can use any cut you like, but I prefer porterhouse and ribeye. Cooking times will vary depending on thickness. I guarantee you'll love this steak!
