  • 2tez patta
  • 1tukda daalchini
  • 1tukda javitri

    Rice ko 2-3 bar wash kar ke 15 minutes ke liye bhiga de and matar ke seeds ko bhi wash kar le

    Ab gas on karein or pressure cooker rakheinfir pressure cooker me ghee dale

  3. 3

    Ghee garam hone par sabhi sabut masale dal de or 25-30 seconds ke liye masale ko saute kar le

  4. 4

    Ab matar dal kar 2 minutes saute karein

  5. 5

    Ab bhige huye rice ka sara pani nikal kar matar ke sath add karein or 2 minutes tak ache se chalate huye bhune

  6. 6

    Ab 1 -1/4 geelas pani dal kar ubal aane tak pressure cooker ko dhk de

  7. 7

    Ab pulao me salt dal kar mix karein or pressure cooker ka dhakkan lagakr band kar de or 2 siti aane par gas off kar de

  8. 8

    Pressure cooker ko room temperature me aane par khole fir dekhiye aapke khile khile matar pulao ready he

  9. 9

    Pulao ko plat me nikale and serve karein..

  10. 10

    Ye matar pulao bacho ko bahut pasnd aata he.
