  • 6 cupSPINACH
  • 1 largedice onion
  • 1 tbspgarlic
  • 1 cuppresoaked shiitake mushroom
  • 1 tbspoyster sauce or 2 tsp of dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 1 dashchinese shaoxing wine / japanese sake /sherry wine optional
  • 2 tbspoil

    PRESOAKED SHIITAKE MUSHROOM

    soak dried shiitake mushroom till till soft then squeeze dry excess water

  3. 3

    STIR FRY

  4. 4

    in pan with oil fry garlic and onion till fragrant

  5. 5

    add mushroom ,oyster sauce snd soy sauce

  6. 6

    add spinach and chinese wine and mix well off the heat

  7. 7

    serve hot
