1 tbspchop garlic and shallot
1 tbspoyster sauce
6 cupgreen sprout
2 tbspany stock
GARNISH OPTIONAL
1 slicedry salt fish

in little oil brown salted fish till fragrant and set aside

put garlic and shallot in pan and sautee till fragrant add green sprout and sautee in low heat for 2 minute

add oyster sauce and water mix well then off heat
4

top fried salted fish on top and serve hot
