1 cupbasmati rice
1 tbspolive oil
1 tbspfinely chopped onion
1 tspcrushed garlic
1 pinchsalt
2 cupchicken stock

Cooking Instructions

20 mins

in a small pot heat oil and add onion and garlic.

Saute until onion glassy

add rice and stir through properly

add stock and water

bring to rapid boil and bring heat to lowest on stove and put lid half half on

20 mins later stir rice and put lid on proper and remove from heat.

can transfer to another serving wish or dish up from the pot

Pretty good rice. Added some green onion and pepper to it along with a lemon/rosemary chicken breast and tomatoes turned out awesome and was very filling.
