Ingredients

  1. 100 gMaida flour
  2. 100 gSuzi (Semolina)
  3. 100 gRice flour
  4. 1 spoongram flour
  5. 1 noChopped onion
  6. 20nos. Curry leaves
  7. 1 tspAsafoetida, 2-3 strings coriander leaves,1-2 green chillis
  8. to taste Salt and oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients along with hot 2tps oil.

  2. 2

    Knead in a dough using little little water

  3. 3

    Divide the dough in equal 10 parts and make small balls

  4. 4

    Use plastic sheet/ aluminium sheet spread some oil on it and flatten the balls

  5. 5

    Heat oil to medium hot and put the above flatten discs

  6. 6

    Wait till the disc rise to the top, turn it and cook

  7. 7

    Cook till both sides gets beautiful brown color. Keep turning the side in between

  8. 8

    Remove on a tissue paper

  9. 9

    Serve with your choice of chutney and green chilli (optional)

  10. 10
