Tried to make it kids friendly so instead of using raw sugar i used sugar syrup and ginger.

Tried to make it kids friendly so instead of using raw sugar i used sugar syrup and ginger.
Steps

Heat sauce pan and add sugar and 1/2 cup of water. Once water started boiling and sugar melts down add crushed ginger and mix it. Let water reduce to half and then remove it from heat. Let it get cool down.

Take pineapple and mango in juicer. Add above sugar syrup and pinch of black salt and make a juice of it.

Now take malmal cloth or any sieve that can strain micropulp too. And strain out juice twice.

As I have taken mango and pineapple from refrigeration so that I am not using ice but ice makes it true tropical.
