Ingredients

  1. 2 cupoats
  2. 1 largebeetroot
  3. 1 cupgreen peas
  4. 1 cupbeans
  5. 1 largepotato
  6. 2 carrot
  7. 2 nochopped green chilli
  8. 1 tbspFinely chopped onion
  9. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  10. 1 tbspchana daal
  11. 1 tbsp.urad daal
  12. to tastelemon juice
  13. 1 tbspoil
  14. 6 to 8curry leaves
  15. chopped for garnishingcoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast the oats and keep aside. Wash and Cut the carrot, potato, and beetroot into small cubs, chop the beans.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a pan and pop the mustard, chana dal and urad dal. saute the green chilli and onion,now add the vegetables with 2 cup of water.

  3. 3

    After a boil cover it till the vegetables are done. Add roasted oats and cook it for 2-3minute more or till the oats done.

  4. 4

    Turn off the gas, Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon slice, serve hot.
