place cornflakes in large bowl. bring sugar and syrup to boil in saucepan. stir in peanut butter. remove from heat.

pour over cornflakes, mix well. (use sturdy metal spoon, with butter speed lightly on it so the stuff doesn't stick to it)

place cornflake mixture in greased/buttered pan.

butter hands, press mixture into pan evenly. coo, cut while slightly warm, enjoy!
