After 10 minute.ham ek non stick twa ko smedium slow flame par gas per rekheng.jab twa midium hot ho jayega tab ham us batter main se 1 big spoon batter leker twa par spread krte huye thin form main spread kar denge.7 8 second ke baad uske 4 side se thodha oil dal denge and turn kar denge.is trh bothside se turn kerte huye golden brown crisp hone tak cook kar lenge.and tawa se htaker plate main rekh lenge.baki bache huye chilo ko bhi isi trh se cook kar lenge.
