Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 1 packages3 oz. cherry flavor gelatin
  2. 2 tbspWater
  3. 1/4 cupIrish cream liqueur
  4. 1/2 cupEvaporated milk
  5. 3Squares bakers chocolate
  6. 12Maraschino cherries or one for each ice cube tray

Steps

  1. 1

    Spray ice cube tray with cooking spray. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Boil water in microwave

  3. 3

    Mix in gelatin during at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved

  4. 4

    Microwave milk and chocolate, stirring every 30 seconds until melted,

  5. 5

    Combine milk and jello, adding liqueur

  6. 6

    stir together and pour in ice cube tray

  7. 7

    Place a cherry in center of each cube

  8. 8

    Refrigerate 3 hours until set. Run a knife around the edges to loosen
