Rice with stew and plantain
My fruits in same plate.
Steps

Boil the meat with salt,onion,thyme and Maggi.

Fry the meat with groundnut oil and keep the stock aside.

Remove the white seed inside tatasi.btatasi.blend it with tomatoes.

Boil the tomatoes and tatasi very well.boil for about 30mins and check immediately the water drys.

Pour in groundnut oil and fry.fry for at least 10mins.

Add onion,the water from the meat and more water.

Boil very well.add curry,turmeric,Salt and knorr seasoning.

It will boil very well so that the ingredients will boil well.

Pour in the meats also.stew is ready.

Peel and slice plantain add pinch of salt.

Heat up frying pan.add groundnutoil dry the plantain.

And remove the plantain when is done.

Serve with orange,
