This recipe will serve your child wheat flour instead of refined flour.
Moreover, it'll cure even the sore throat of your child because it is served hot.
Also it is healthy because the child will have fruits along with the milk cream, of which most of the kids have problems.

It'll even save you from the problem of having too many utensils to wash because it is served in the bowl in which it is prepared.

You can prepare it in the number of bowls based on the number of children.

Steps

3 minutes
  1. 1

Sift wheat flour and keep in seperate bowl.

  2. 2

Take a small glass bowl in which you want to make your cake. Add in oil, sugar and condensed milk. Mix well.

  3. 3

Add wheat flour and cocoa powder into the wet mix. Mix well. Add milk spoon by spoon till there are no lumps. It would take 3 tbsp for perfect batter like idli batter.

  4. 4

    Add in the vanilla essence.

  5. 5

Now add fruit salt and mix well.

  6. 6

When the fruit salt is mixed, arrange banana slices on the batter in flower like shape. If there is gap then, you can add more slices.

  7. 7

Sprinkle pinch of powdered sugar on top of every banana slice.

  8. 8

Microwave for 3 minutes or till cooked.

  9. 9

If you are cooking it on gas stove then put a kadhaai on high flame, add half cup water put a plate onto a small stand which allows steam to come up. When the water starts boiling put in the bowl, cover the kadhaai and let it set for 8-10 minutes till cooked.

  10. 10

To check whether wheat brownie is prepared, put a toothpick in the bowl and take it out. If it comes out clean, then it is cook. When it is cooked, uncover the kadhaai and let it cook for 3-4 minutes uncovered.

  11. 11

Turn off the flame and take out and start garnishing.

  12. 12

First put the cream in middle, sprinkle cookie crumbs and then sprinkle chocolate pieces or Choco chips. I have used chocolate pieces with dry fruits in it. This way my child had nuts too. After garnish, Serve hot.
