Steps

Wash tomatoes, cut from top and scoop out the pulp. And keep it aside or refrigerate it

Meanwhile heat 1 Teaspoon oil add garlic paste, sautee it.

Now add grated cottage cheese, cashew, Red Chilli Powder, chat masala and Coriander.

Sautee' for 5 minutes at last add chopped mint leaves, mix it well and remove it from flame and allow it to cool.

Stuff the above cottage cheese mix in tomatoes.

On the other side mix boiled potatoes, little salt and rice flour. Knead it like dough.

Now cover the stuffed tomatoes with this potato mix properly. It looks like a shell.

Heat oil for deep frying and fry these tomato bombs on medium flame.

Take it out on a plate. Serve it with nice curd dip or even you can make a gravy and serve these with the gravy.
