Buy tender beans. Take out the ends and strings.

Wash and chop them into small pieces.

Take a onion remove the peal and chop into small pieces.

Take oil in frying pan and heat it. Add in mustard seeds.

When mustard seeds splutter,add urdu and let it be till golden brown.

Now add chilly.

Now add curry leaves.

Add in chopped onion.

Stir well for half a minute.

Add in turmeric powder.

Add in beans and stir well.

Add water 1 cup and salt.

Stir well and close the lid. Cook under medium flame.

Cook until beans are soft yet crunchy. Now add in grated coconut and mix well.

Switch off the stove and serve it with hot rice or chapathi.
