1 lbmild sausages
1garlic clove
1 canblack beans
1 canred beans
1 canstewed tomatoes
1 cupjalapenos
1 cupsour cream
2 cupchedder cheese

heat skillet add oil. dice onion add to pan

add ground sausage. let cook till no more pink. add tomatoes beans and minced garlic

let simmer on low for 15 mins

once finished top with jalapenos and sour cream and lots of Cheddar cheese

serve hot and enjoy
