  • 2eggs
  • salt
  • oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Break the eggs into a bowl

  2. 2

    Put a few pinches of salt then mix it with a whisk

  3. 3

    Preheat your pan with little oil then put the eggs on with a low temperature

  4. 4

    Keep turning the eggs side to side until its well cooked

  5. 5

    Serve along with bread and a cup of tea
