Ingredients

1/2 kgall purpose flour
1/2 tspsalt
1 tsppowdered sugar
1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 cupdahi
water as the need

In a big bowl add all ingredients and make dough and rest for 3 hours minimum

Now take a medium ball from dough and roll with the help of roll pin and caot with water one side and put it in preheated tandoor

Cook for 3-4 minutes and enjoy hot with dal makhni and pyaj
