Make a fine puree of blanched palak, green chilli, garlic and coriander.Add turmeric

Mix rice flour with 1 cup of buttermilk, palak puree. Make sure there is no lumps left. And keep it for fermentation for 1 hour.

Now add water to make dosa like consistency. Add baking soda and salt and immediately pour batter on tawa.

Spread it evenly. Cook it from both side. Serve it with aachar or chutney you like.
