Ingredients

  • 1 cupbrown sugar
  • 1/2 cupmelted butter
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 2eggs
  • 4ripe bananas
  • 2 cupbisquick

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    cream together brown sugar, butter, milk and eggs

  3. 3

    mix in bisquick

  4. 4

    in pieces add bananas 1 at a time until incorporated

  5. 5

    pour batter into greased bread pan or baking dish of choice (i use an 8x10 casserole because i dont have a bread pan)

  6. 6

    bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes

  7. 7

    remove from oven, cool for 5 minutes for easier removal from pan

I made the banana bread yesterday my family loved it!! they ate it all. with that being said I just made more banana bread we all enjoyed it. ;-)
