Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1capsicum diced
  • 1onion diced
  • 1deseeded tomato diced (optional)
  • 250 gPaneer diced
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1 tbspmustard oil
  • 1 tbsptandoori chicken masala (its veg only)

Steps

  1. 1

    Please note, it will be good if you cut veggies and paneer to the same size.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients, set aside for 2-3 hours.

  3. 3

    Take a grill pan, Pour little oil

  4. 4

    Grill the veggies for about 15-20min.

  5. 5

    Your panner tikka is ready.
