Bhaji burgar Heat oil in a pan and add oil and butter (home made butter) -now add cumin seeds-1teaspoon, pinch of hing and pinch of ajwain and roast will. Now add finely chopped ginger and garlic-1tbsp and saute well. Now add finely chopped onion-1bigone and tomatoes-1 and saute well. Now add tomatoes ketchup -2-3tbsp and mix well. Now add salt as per taste,black pepper powder-1/2teaspoon,coriander powder-1teaspoon,maggi masala powder-1teaspoon mix well.

Now add chopped capsicum-1/2bigone and saute well. Now add grated carrot-1and mix well. Now add boiled potato-2 and pumpkin 5inch piece and and mix all. Now mash all these with masher sprinkle some water and let it cook on sim. Now add butter and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Now make a cut one in wheatflour burgars and spread this bhajji inside it.

Now cover it and roast the burglar with butter from both the sides.

Serve hot with ketchup.
