Wash and peel the skin of potatoes and shredded the potato Remove starch with cold water rinsing for 2 to 3 times squeeze excess water keep aside this on napkin towel

Heat the pan add ghee add the shredded potato and fry for 4 minutes let it cool

Take a bowl add the shredded potato salt pepper chilli powder rice flour cornflour and maida Mix well and make a stiff dough don't add a drop of water

Take clean plastic sheet roll the shredded potato dough and cut with the help of cutter

Heat the pan add oil when oil is hot slowly slide the shredded potato into oil fry for 5 minutes or until it turns golden color

Tasty crispy hash brown potato is ready. Serve with ketchup and mayonnaise
