in large stockpot on medium high heat bring guinness to a boil ,once it boils add the egg noodles into it and cook them until al dente according to package

when the noodles are ready drain the noodles but save 3 cups of the liquid and put to the side for later use(if you have to add extra water to get 3 cups)put noodles to the side

in large deep skillet on medium high heat mix onion,garlic and ground beef, saute until brown (meat no longer pink) about 10 minutes or so

then add the flour and stir to coat(what's in skillet )then stir in Worcestershire sauce, thyme, mustard and those 3 cups guinness you saved earlier cook for 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened season with salt and pepper to taste

now stir in the noodles and serve topped with both chopped white and green scallions and enjoy by:chef a.ladman
