10fresh pepper
1bulb onions
to tastesalt
dashmaggi
1cksp veg oil
fried yam to serve with it

Wash pepper and onion and pound in a mortar not to smooth not to rough

Heat up frying pan and add veg oil and once it hot add dash of salt then the pepper and onions paste, stir for about 4mins

Add dash of maggi, stir and turn off heat and serve with fried yam
