  1. 2zucchini sliced
  2. 1 mediumonion sliced
  3. 1 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1/4 tspcumin
  5. 1salt and pepper to taste
  6. 1 largetomatoe sliced
  7. 2 tbspbutter or olive oil
  8. 3 tbsptomtoe sauce

    butter in pan, let melt on med, high heat.

  2. 2

    add onion slices, zucchini slices and tomatoe slices

  3. 3

    add cumin, garlic powder and salt pepper

  4. 4

    saute until tender, add tomatoe sauce, mix well. u r done.

Was delicious. Instead of adding tomato sauce I added cherry tomatoes and added more vegetables.
