Ingredients

  1. 4 cupKellogs rice bubbles
  2. 1 cupsifted icing sugar
  3. 3 tbspcocoa powder
  4. 1 cupdesicrated coconut
  5. 250 gramscopha
  6. 1/2 cup100's and 1000's or edible silver balls to decorate / optional

Steps

  1. 1

    fill cup cake trays with cup cake cup papers or use silicone ones and set aside ready to be filled .

    Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to combine .

    Melt the copha gently then cool slightly . now pour into and over the dry ingredients and stir mixing well to coat and combine all .

    Take spoonfuls of the mixture and fill each cup cake paper heaped and sprinkle with 100's and 1000's or silver balls and place in the refridgerator till set . eat and enjoy . kids love them . :-)
